Hi

I have a macro that opens up a number of spreadsheet and then does some work on them, however all of these spreadsheets have passwords on which i have to type in manually every time each spreadsheet is opened.

Is there a way that i can hard code the password in to the code or get the user just to type it in once and then it is remembered for all the other files opened in the same routine.

Many thanks

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
You can hard code it like this

Code:
ActiveSheet.Unprotect password:="abc"
'
'your code
'
ActiveSheet.Protect password:="abc"
