Unprotecting Excel workbook

Hi
I password protected a workbook a while back with some passwords on and for some unknown reason im unable to open it up.

any ideas (ive got an older copy if it somewhere but i made some amendments to this one so ideally id like to be able to open it back up

Excel Facts

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
You will need to remember the password.....We cannot assist or advise on the bypassing or breaking of passwords, as per rule #6 of the forum rules.

Thats fair enough - ive found an older copy of it that was unprotected now so i can use that - thankfully it has the info on it that it was looking for
