Excel 2010 but running file on 2007.
Please help! Very complex file was working fine, but suddenly "found unreadable content". After it tried to repair itself it removed the contents from a sheet in the file and I wanted to find out how to find what was wrong so I could go back to an earlier copy and prevent it happening again.
Here's the notes on what the problem was:
"Excel completed file level validation and repair. Some parts of this workbook may have been repaired or discarded.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Replaced Part: /xl/worksheets/sheet4.xml part with XML error. An attribute value must not contain '<'. Line 2, column 790812.<o:p></o:p>
Removed Records: Formula from /xl/calcChain.xml part (Calculation properties"

Can anyone shed some light on where or what the error was?

I'd be grateful for any advice or help! Thanks in advance..

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
