up date link

when i open file, message appears that this sheet contain data link other file do you want up date. i dont know which cell or file is linked, i tried to find that cell which linked, i could not find. i dont want copy update data from other files, so please tell me who can i find that cell which are linked and then i disable the link & then i will not receive this message of update data.

Choose Edit=====LINKS======Break links.
Save the worksheet next time you open it, no links no message.
