I have a range of historical data points for tradable securities that update daily. At the end of the day today the price of the security will be recorded and the data points will all be pushed down one row to make room for the next day at the top.

... and so on...0.365....

I'm trying to track how many consecutive days a security is moving one direction or the other, up or down. In this example it would be 1 day up, obviously. Next week it could be up or down X days in a row...

Is there an efficient way to track these changes as time progresses and the spreadsheet updates?

Thanks.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
