Update cell in Sheet 2 from Drop Down Menu

I'm gonna give this one a shot.

I have a drop down menu in Sheet 1 of my Excel spreadsheet that has 7 options to choose from. When I choose "Completed" from Sheet 1 I want it to be updated in the cell of my choice on Sheet 2...and I want it removed from Sheet 1 after it is marked "Completed" and updated.

I can't figure it out, so all help is greatly appreciated.
