Update cell value in another column based on conditional formatting

Hi,

i am finding top 10 values using VBA in a particular column but not able to update next column cell value based on this conditional formatting.
 

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
am using below vba

Set rg = Range("AU2:AU" & last_row).SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible)
Set tt = rg.FormatConditions.AddTop10

With tt
.TopBottom = xlTop10Top
.Rank = 10
.Percent = False
.Interior.Color = vbYellow
End With
