UPDATE in SQL

I am not very good English language, so i am sorry if i dont give a clear question
I have two excel files.
1. Input file for data entry, and
2. Database file for collecting all of data from Input file

Could you please give me the code of Update SQL to update data from Input file to Database file which missing data (data updated based on same first column of 2 excel files)
Please give below image for detail. Thank you so much

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
