Update order sheet with form

Hi I have a food order sheet i want to have a way of imputing a unique no to bring up product and enter qty required
I want to enter Sn No in a cell and automatically bring up Code,Products,Case size,Case price. then i will enter qty in order column and this data will be saved on separate area on sheet
any help will be appreciated
