Updating a sheet based on information in another sheet

I hope someone can help with this. I have two sheets, sheet1 has a list of meals for each day of the week, the example below shows just meal 1 for Monday column C is for the food weight in grams, D is for Protein, E for carbs and F for fat. Sheet2 contains a list of food items that will match what the mail items will be in sheet1 but the food macros based on per 100 grams.

What I want to be able to do is when I click a button, each meal item in sheet1 needs to be checked for in sheet2, if food item names match, it will update sheet 1 Protein, Carb and Fat values based on a calculation of weight. So for example if Banana in sheet 1 has a match is Sheet 2, col D E F in sheet 1 will be updated based on the weight so in the banana example it nutrient values would be half the 100g values in sheet 2.
