I need to update multiple Access tables in a single database from an Excel macro. I do not need to see any of the data or put it into a spreadsheet. I intend to use an SQL Update query. I know how to write the SQL query, but I do not know what type of connection and objects to use. All help is extremely appreciated.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Any short examples or links to sites with the information would be greatly appreciated. I searched through the forums here and did not find a code example.
