SEPARATE ROWS.

IS THERE A FXN OR MACRO TO TAKE A COPIED OUTLOOK DISTRIBUTION (USING SEMI COLONS) INTO SEPARATE ROWS AS OPPOSED TO ONE CELL IN EXCEL?

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
Did you want something like this?

Code:
Dim myArr() As String
Dim i As Long
   myArr = Split(";a;b;c;d", ";") ' replace with your own string
For i = 1 To UBound(myArr)
   ActiveSheet.Cells(i, 1).Value = myArr(i)
Next i
