I have two sets of data (Share price info for a firm and FTSE values for a year period)
How do I re-base them to a common scale so I can produce charts, graphs etc....
I would be very gratefull for any replies.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Sure thing :

01/04/2002 5.41 5271.76
02/04/2002 5.62 5251.44
03/04/2002 5.53 5247.84
04/04/2002 5.47 5209.46
05/04/2002 5.5 5233.63
08/04/2002 5.39 5178.55
09/04/2002 5.37 5179.56
10/04/2002 5.34 5229.12
11/04/2002 5.23 5137.43
12/04/2002 5.28 5161.02

The second column contains the Sahre price (UKP) while the second shows the FTSE INDEX info.
