I want to change the value of a particular value to 1 till the command button pressed and return to 0 as soon as button released. Can anyone help me with this

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Is the value in a specific cell?

For a value in A1

Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
If Range("a1") = 0 Then
Range("a1") = 1
Else
Range("a1") = 0
End If
End Sub

Perhaps:-
Code:
Private Sub CommandButton1_MouseDown(ByVal Button As Integer, ByVal Shift As Integer, ByVal X As Single, ByVal Y As Single)
[a1] = 1
End Sub
Private Sub CommandButton1_MouseUp(ByVal Button As Integer, ByVal Shift As Integer, ByVal X As Single, ByVal Y As Single)
[a1] = 0
End Sub
