Use Multiple Sheets in a Pivt table

I have 12 sheets each labeled for 1 month of the year, they are exactly the same but some rows are longer or shorter depending on the data...
in the first column in the month of the sheet so for the first sheet the first column is they are all labeled Jan..

i want to create a pivot table based on all the sheets but when i use the "multiple consolidation range" in the pivot table screen it doesnt look as I anticipate...

basically, what is the best way to include ALL 12 sheets in 1 pivot table? thanks. Max
