User Friendly Form in Access

Someone was nice enough to provide me help on this form, but I need it to filter records better.

Say I want someone who speaks "English" for Lang 1 and "Spanish" for Lang 2, then if I hit search, it will only give the employees who speak only those two languages. Right now it's not doing that.

Would anyone be able to help me on that? Here is the link to download the db. Thanks.

You had replies in the other thread, even with links that show you how to do what you want. It looks like that you didn't make an effort to work through those suggestions, as you said you do not know VBA. VBA is a very broad topic, and is not really something we can teach you in a few posts. If you do not have an interest in learning VBA, you may want to consider hiring an Access consultant to do the work for you, or taking a different approach ti your problem.
