Using data from hyperlinked cell as a data source

I have a table set up like below. The hyperlink takes me to the website and downloads a CSV. I have a list of ~100 locations. Is there a way to use the data downloaded by the links as data sources by referencing the hyperlinked cell? The site doesn't allow me to pull more than one a time so I'm trying to circumvent/speed up that process, by having the links to the download set up. Worst case I guess I'll click through them all save them in a folder and use the folder as a source, but wanted to see if there was another way.
