Using network days / weekdays and if formula

Hi - really need help- I have a basic if query as in I need to count the weekday only between 2 dates (=NETWORKDAYS(B3,A3) but i need to add that if it not 15 days it reads false using the if function - or true if the difference is 15

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
No need for an If you can use
Excel Formula:
=NETWORKDAYS(B3,A3)>14
