Validating information between two worksheet

Does anyone know of a macro or formula that I can create to ensure that information from one worksheet is being populated correctly into another sheet.
 

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
