Is there is a limitation for validation list. I try to validate 37385 list but it only can captured up to 32768. Kindly assist, TQ

If you validate from a dropdown list, it only supports 32,767 entries. That's the only limitation I know based on the small information you provided.

Only 32,767 values are permitted in a dropdown list. That is a large number. A list with many values is difficult to utilize.

Instead of data validation with list, use data validation custom. The custom formula for data validation for cell G2 would be
=ISNA(MATCH(G2,INDIRECT(G1),FALSE))<>TRUE
if G1 contains the range name for lookup.
