This is probably one of the harder questions I have asked. I am trying to extract some useable data from the following:

excel1.jpg

I want to know what changes happen in each instance of the 17 row i.e. for "Beach Gallops x 6hrs" weight drops from 434 to 422 in three weeks for an average of 2 per hr. Another way to look is "column C is -6 in weight, +0.2 in stride, +0 in Gate Speed, +0 in Accelleration, +0 in Muscle Tone, +0 in Stamina, +0 in Heart compared to column D". These stats in rows 8-16 can go either up or down on the previous column. The most up to date data is leftmost with the further right you move being older data. The bottom five stats will be all figures between 0 and 1 (either positive or negative).

I have set up the following tables to display the data:

So each training type has it's own table with hrs vs stats showing. I have another sheet that will show the average of all the subjects (30 of).

I realise the formula will probably be fairly complex so thank you very much for your help.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
