VB controls

I wanna know if its possible to make these VB controls snap to excel gridlines while moving so as everthing should be perfectly aligned

Or I am just wondering if there is a way Professionals like u ppl align these controls

press Alt while moving your controls to snap to gridlines

EDIT: might be useful too: Press SHIFT when you want to move vertically or horizontally only
