VB.Net to open Website

Hey ! Thanks For your help ! Can you please generate my code ?
I want vb.net to open that website in google chrome located in - C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe
My site is vivaan.mozello.com
There is no username and password!
