vba code find bottom line number by row code

Hello everyone !. I need a code to calculate the position of the last line according to the row code (case insensitive) For example, if the search code is "A", then search for the last line with "A" or "A-*" where * is the sequence number ( eg: A-1, A-2, A-3 ) If there is no "A" or "A-*" then the result = 0 .
