Hi

Need vba code to create an access file exactly as if I was using the Data Convert to access option.

Have hunted around and can not see exactly what I am after.

Unfortunately I have to have this code as the data is imported into another program that can not be changed, and requires the data to be in access format (I have no control over the receiving program).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
:)

What do you mean by 'access format'?

As far as I know there is no such thing.

Microsoft Access.

In Excel you can add in Access Links thorugh Tools and Add ins

Then.. under the data menu item three access utilities will appear.
MS Access form, MS Access Report and Convert to MS Access

What I am after is the VBA code that will enable me to automate the Convert to MS Access utility process.

The end result access data file is picked up nightly by another program that I have no control over.

This is the last part of another project (had posted another question previously where the answer enabled me to finish a previous project!) and am hoping that I can finish this one off too.
