Excel friends, this should be an easy one: What is the code to copy the ActiveSheet.name to the clipboard? So, I can paste it anywhere I want outside the Excel workbook. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks Rory,
If I load a new file The Forms Ctrl is "Unticked", If I Create some code it becomes "Ticked" , this seems to be the Requirement. !!!

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Just adding code shouldn't add the Forms reference, unless you add an ActiveX control from the Forms library to a sheet, or add a Userform.
