I have rows 12 through 255 in a worksheet that I want to copy if the value in column G is > 0 and insert the row below that row. I would like this newly created row to be removed if the value in G is put back to zero. If possible I would like to have it limit the creation of the same row to 4 times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
