VBA Code to Match two Strings and Copy column Data into New Sheet as Row

i am new to Excel VBA Code, i am trying to write a code which will copy a data if two strings of different cell matches .
if The Two string name Matches Copy the data from the next cell and Move to a different sheet into a row Cell and this logic keeps going on The List of String Array is 12 once the String repeats Increment the Row and do the same

Need Help
