VBA code to merge data from different workbooks

Please help me with a VBA code to merge data from different workbooks (specific sheet) in a folder into one Master File using the column headers to match the data.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Yes, this says it better. I want to be able to browse and select the folder, and if possible tick the files (or "select all") then the code should open the specific sheet (same sheet in each selected workbook) and create a new mastersheet.

That is very useful! I would like to have a VBA script for doing the same thing, please.
