Hi,

How can I initiate the freeformbuilder in a VBA macro, so that the user can then trace a freeform curve?

I have tried using ActiveSheet.Shapes.BuildFreeform, however this doesn't seem to do anything, and I need the user to build the shape rather than specify all of the nodes within the macro.

Is there any simple command I can use to do this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Thanks, but as I said, I want the user to trace the curve live and get the coordinates from the user, rather than specify them within the macro. So I just need to initiate the curve tracing process in the macro, as if the user had clicked on Insert > Shapes > Curve.

Any more ideas, please?
