is there any way to turn off some part of code
(like few lines changing in comments for a while)
?

Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
There are a pair of buttons on the Edit toolbar to comment and uncomment a block of code, or you could use conditional compilation.
