VBA connect to data from sharepoint

I have an excel sheet in a SharePoint document library. In the file is a couple of tables with standard data.

I want to create as part of an add in for my team a function where they can click a button which will automatically connect to the tables etc.

I was just wondering What is the best way to tackle this one
