vba convert to absolute

Need to convert both column and row to absolute. My current macro only does the column.

xlRelRowAbsColumn
to:
xlAbsolute

BTW, when marking solutions, you are supposed to mark the actual post that has the solution (and not your post acknowledging it was the solution).
