VBA Disable Cancel button on Saving dialogue

While the saving box appears there is a cancel button at the bottom right corner. I want to prevent this button from appearing or prevent the saving box to appear all together. Essentially I don't want the user to cancel the save process. Please see the screenshot. Thank you!

I haven't seen that dialog before. Is that an excel built-in saving prompt or a custom one?

A quick search came up with this Saving Progress Box with Green Bar
Looks like this save dlg comes up when saving over a network. the answer at the botom of the above link says it is due to AV software.

Yes. I already saw the dialogue when googling this morning.
Did you check the link I posted in my first reply? Is it your anti-virus software that is causing the dlg to appear ?

Thank you for the follow up. I have an email into my it representative to see if it is av-related. I will update as soon as I hear and thanks again.

Per my IT department's direction it was advised to allow the saving progress bar to remain since it may ultimately be more effective for the user to dissuade them from opening another document while it is processing. I did find another post that suggests a registry edit to hide this saving progress bar here https://stackoverflow.com/questions...-bar-when-openning-saving-excel-file-with-vba. Thank you.
