VBA: Export Excel data to word template

I have spent 5 hours on this today and am still at square one. Been all over the internet, but not finding what I need. I'm also still new to VBA/Macro.

From Excel, I want to take a range of data from Excel and transferred in to word template.

I have attached the sample document for reference.
