VBA for changing format of text

I am a novice at this...so can someone help me with a VBA solution to allowing me to change the format of text (i.e. change to bold) in an unlocked cell in a protected worksheet when that text is revised?
 

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
