Hello,
I tried google first and the results

so that's why I am here guys.
Answer destination is Sheet 2 B4
Place to apply Forecast formula is Sheet 10 B3
what I did Sheet2.Range("I3:N33").Formula = "=trunc(abs(Forecast(sheet10.range(17,B3:B19,$A$3:$A$19))))"
