Hi Team,

I am creating a string for Report Title , My code is working , but can we shorten code here.

I have used Format(date) twice to get ====> Dec'20"
Format(Date,
"mmm") & "'" & Format(Date, "yy")

VBA Code:
Sub ReportName()

Dim str As String

str = "Recon Report from Apr'19 - " & Format(Date, "mmm") & "'" & Format(Date, "yy")

Expected Code :=> "Recon Report from Apr'19 - Dec'20"

End Sub

Thanks
mg

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Maybe:
VBA Code:
str = "Recon Report from Apr'19 - " & Format(Date, "mmm 'yy")
