VBA Input Box Help

I need to create two input boxes. They need to prompt the following questions "What column is the item code in?" & "What column is the price in? then delete all DATA except data in these columns then move the item code column to column E and the price to column K then delete all DATA except data in columns E & K. Can anyone help with this? Many thanks.
 

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
