VBA Macro code for color coding inquiry

What is the VBA Macro code for color coding the cells based on Values (Above, Between, Below). Given that the number of Rows are increasing frequently and i want it to be automated

Welcome to the Board!

Why not just use Conditional Formatting instead, which is designed to do that sort of thing (instead of using VBA to recreate something that already exists)?
