Any one know where I can get some help with VBA and outlook I wish to create a form in outlook that needs to capture data and with the data entered compile a e-mail message.Regards

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Isn't there a way that I can create the form in Outlook. I need it to be a mail message and not a attachment

You need to read about HTML-coding how to design an table in HTML-code which fulfill your requirement. When you have an proper HTML-code available you can use this as HTML-body for your EXCEL-VBA Outlook procedure. And they defined field-values in this code need to update during runtime of procedure out of your actual cell values.
