Hi Guys,

I'm not sure how simple or hard this is but, i simply want to automate a task I amdoing.

Task:

I would like to index match from "Values" workbook sheet 2 to my "Data" workbook on sheet 1.

The index match is simply looking up dates from row 2 in "Value" workbook, matching it with dates in row 10 from "Data workbook.

Then once match is confirmed the numbers gets pasted to my "Data" workbook on cell A5 to A50 (or how ever long the data is).

I would like it be pasted as values.

I would appreciate any help on this. Thank you.

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Post some sample data from both workbooks employing XL2BB.
