VBA Search for Files with Cell Contents and copy file to new folder

I am trying to find the file with the cell content and copy the file and paste it into a new folder.

For example in Column B15 I have COMPRESSOR-15

I want it to find the PDF file titled COMPRESSORS-B15.Bitzer.Recip Optical Eye OLC-K1 and copy and paste it into a new folder location .

And I need to do the whole Column from B15 to B300.
