VBA to color cell if value

Hi
I'm not very familiar to VBA. I've done some very simple scripts but I can't figure out how to do this.
I have a table and in column J, the cells can be empty or have a value from 0 upwards. If the value is >0 then I need to color cells in the same row and columns L to P. How would I do this, I really can't figure it out.

since you are not familar with VBA....

You must know there are several way to do this

1st- Conditional formatting which ia non vba solution.
2nd - By event .
3rd - by clicking Macro

so what is you requirement ...?
