VBA to connect sql server (jTDS) , driver : JDBC

Please help me the connection string to connect DB Visualizer (SQL Server (jTDS)) with JDBC driver.

I am able to connect ODBC driver , below is my coding

Above is for connecting SQL using VBA
But i wanna connect dbvisualizer tool using VBA
database type : SQL Server
Driver (JDBC): SQL Server (jTDS)
url: jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://SERVER:1111;DatabaseName=DATABASE;domain=INT

Please help me to connect from excel to hit dbvisualizer personnel 8.0
