VBA to copy/paste between 2 workbooks 438 error

I am getting a runtime 438 error message when trying to run this code. Debug stops at the 1st paste line. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Replace "Range" with "Cells".

Remove "(Master_Report)" following "rs".
