VBA to find and replace (Mail merge)

I’m creating a table with tags (ex. below) in column A and the replacement words in column B. I have a message draft in a single cell with the tags and trying to loop though the matching tags in the table to replace them in the message. Ultimately a mail merge. I’ve found VBA to loop and replace in a range, but don’t understand how to do it against just one cell.
