Hello, does anyone know the code to hide / unhide very hidden sheets based on the name of the sheet that is in the active cell that i select? I have over 200 very hidden sheets, I don't just want to unhide all of them. I can generate a list of all the very hidden sheets but there are only 1 or 2 that I want to unhide and work on. When I'm finished I want to make the sheet very hidden again. From the list I have generated I would like to select the name of the very hidden sheet that I want to work on, then run a macro to make it visible. Similarly to do the same to make it very hidden again. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

R4:R21R4=HYPERLINK("#'"&Q4&"'!B5",Q4)

To assist with my question above I have shown a partial list of my very hidden sheets, only the ones highlighted yellow are the ones I would like to make visible. Thanks in advance.
