VBA to open workBook and make it a "Shared Workbook". Please help

Hi,

please help.
As mentioned I really need, VBA code to open WorkBook and make it a "Shared Workbook" & then when it close I want it to be like other workbook lock it.


The reason being that...i want users to be able to update certain range and then when it closes i do not want other users to be able to edit that other users has updated.
