Videos display as green in excel?

hi, im having problems sometimes viewing videos in excel.
Sometimes it happens then the next day it works!?

I have tried video codecs, but nothing seems to work.

im just wondering if anyone has come across this or has had to fix it before?


For some reason when i took the screenshot, the green part changed to white.



If anyone can shed any light on the problem, would be greatly appreciated!
